How did you come to powerlifting or Olympic lifting?
1 year ago began conjugate style of training to do something different from conventional bodybuilding training. I was inspired by some IFBB pro female competitors and other female fitness influencers.

As a kid I was in judo

Yes – Bodybuilding

Yes. On-line. Through a seminar here local.

Now with Covid 19 home.
What is the hardest part about beginning lifting as an older woman?
It wasn’t hard for me at all.
How has lifting affected your health?
It has made me stronger and more confident.
What would you tell women just beginning this journey?
Go for it. Get a coach to learn proper technique. Learn how to feed your body right!
