I started Olympic lifting through CrossFit and transitioned to Powerlifting 2 years ago. |

I have a remote coach. Been with her for about a year now. |

I train in my garage. Occasionally I visit my coach. |
What is the hardest part about beginning lifting as an older woman? |
As I get older it would have to be the recovery. |
How has lifting affected your health? |
It has made me more self aware on how I need to take care of myself. |
