|How did you come to powerlifting or Olympic lifting?
|I was bored and my trainer is a beast in PL. I thought maybe I would try it. I really like it.

|Gym time. Functional training. MS diagnosis 23 years ago. Want to keep what I have.
|Do you compete? Why or why not? If you compete, what do you like most about the competitions?
|Just had my first full meet. I like it! The spirit of everyone there.

|Do you have a coach or trainer? In person or online? How did you find your trainer/program? Do you have any advice for women looking for a trainer?
|I use a trainer through a gym that I am a member of. My trainer is a huge powerlifter. Trust is huge. You are moving some big weight. You have to trust that the trainer knows what they are talking about and they will have your literal back.
